Approach

Follow the track down into Vegas de Andara (SARA Depression), 50m from the last cabana and to the left of the track is the obvious entrance

Entrance

An obvious, impressive high fault rift which has been enlarged by mining. It is 5m wide and 30m long

Description

A large mined rift with a 17m shaft in the left hand side, leads to a snow slope. The passage continuation leads north to an undescended steep loose slope and ?m pitch with a noise of a stream.

Approx. 3x 8m pitches leading down to a junction and snow choked passage. There are numerous short blind workings taking off the fault rift, but no promising continuation as mentioned in the 1978 report. The location on map 5 in the 1978 report was incorrect, but is correct in the 1979 report (from 1979 Report)
